SECTORS / DEFENSE

Electronics engineering for defense projects.

We bring together R&D, electronic design, production and product supply for defense projects. We define the scope of our in-house services around each project’s technical needs and stage of development.

OUR SECTOR APPROACH

Looking beyond a single product to the project as a whole.

When assessing an electronics requirement, we consider its intended use, its relationship with the existing system, the supply plan and how changes will be managed. A new development project, a review of an existing design and the sourcing of specific products may each require a different starting point. We define the technical scope and expected deliverables together, with those differences in mind.

Requirements and scope

We clarify the application, electronic interfaces and project constraints from the outset. We turn the expected operating conditions, technical information to be shared and evaluation criteria into an agreed scope of work.

Connecting design and production

We assess electronic design decisions alongside production needs. The available documentation, selected products and planned checks determine where the work should begin.

Product and component supply

We assess product requirements using your BOM or part numbers. Alternative products, documentation requirements and repeat supply planning can all be considered in the quotation scope.

OUR PROCESS

A clear scope.
Progress, step by step.

We define technical requirements, priorities and delivery expectations together from the outset. At each stage, we consider what the next step will require.

Share your requirements
  1. Share your requirements

Let’s review the project stage, objectives and available technical information. For the first discussion, it is enough to establish the scope you can share.

  2. Define the scope of work

Let’s distinguish the development, design, production and supply requirements, then clarify responsibilities and expected deliverables before preparing a quotation.

  3. Evaluate the solution together

Let’s compare options within the agreed scope against technical needs, product availability and the production plan.

  4. Plan delivery

Let’s define review points, documentation and delivery steps for the agreed scope, and manage changes within the same project framework.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES

Defined together.
Tangible deliverables.

The scope, format and acceptance criteria for deliverables are clarified at the start of the project.

  • A summary of requirements and the scope of work, tailored to the project.
  • Technical outputs and documentation for the agreed design, production or supply work.
  • The product list, checks and delivery plan defined in the quotation.
