Vorlance Elektronik San ve Tic LTD STIİlkyerleşim, 1927. Sk 1-D, Yenimahalle / Ankarainfo@vorlance.com+90 (312) 332 22 00What information is collected?
Information is collected electronically through the inquiry form, files you choose to attach and the operation of this website.
- Inquiry form: your name, company, email address and message are required. Phone number, application area and related product or project details are optional.
- Attachments: PDF, XLSX or CSV files you choose to share. Please do not include unrelated personal information or special categories of personal data.
- Technical information: the form security token, inquiry reference, submission status and duplicate-prevention records. Hosting and security services may process your IP address and request information when you connect.
Purposes and legal grounds
Assessing your inquiry
Understanding your project or product needs, discussing a quotation and responding to you.
Where directly related to entering into or performing a contract, Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Submission security
Preventing misuse or duplicate processing of an inquiry.
Where processing is necessary for legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK.
Optional Google measurement
Measuring website use and how advertising leads to inquiries according to your consent choices.
Your separate choices providing explicit consent for analytics and advertising measurement, Article 5(1) of the KVKK.
Submitting an inquiry does not mean you accept analytics or advertising cookies. These choices are managed separately from the form.
Who receives the information?
Inquiry content and attachments are sent to info@vorlance.com. Processing involves Vorlance staff handling your inquiry, GoDaddy for web hosting and mail transmission, Google Workspace for the mailbox, and Cloudflare for web traffic delivery and security. When optional measurement is enabled, Google Analytics and the linked Google Ads account process measurement data to evaluate advertising performance according to the choices described below. Form content and attachments are not included in this measurement transfer.
Cloudflare Insights is separately included on the live site to measure page performance. This service is separate from the Google Analytics and advertising measurement choices managed here. Declining Google measurement does not automatically disable Cloudflare services.
Using these providers’ infrastructure outside Türkiye may result in your personal data being processed abroad. These transfers are subject to the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK. Your cookie choice for analytics and advertising measurement does not replace the arrangements required for international transfers.
When you follow a link to another website, such as a map, that service’s privacy rules apply. Our map link does not load the map service before you click it.
Google Analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics and advertising measurement are optional. The measurement described below follows the choices you make in Cookie preferences.
- Google Analytics 4 loads only when you allow Analytics. Analytics consent alone measures page usage; inquiry submissions are not measured as conversions.
- Page measurement includes information such as cookie identifiers, page address, browser and device information, and page language. When you allow inquiry conversion measurement, the inquiry type and its acceptance by the server are also used. Your name, company, email, phone, message, attachment contents, file names and inquiry reference are not included in Analytics events.
- Measuring server-accepted inquiry submissions as conversions and linking them to advertising clicks requires both Analytics and Advertising measurement consent. Advertising click identifiers and accepted-inquiry events may then be used to evaluate advertising performance in the linked Google Ads account. Acceptance does not establish that an email reached the recipient’s inbox or that a commercial transaction was completed. This measurement does not personalize advertising.
- Google Analytics does not load without Analytics consent. Withdrawing consent stops new Google measurement and clears this installation’s measurement cookies and any local advertising record identified as belonging to it on this page. Pre-existing local advertising records, or records that may belong to another installation, are not automatically removed; you can delete them in your browser’s site-data settings. Changing this choice alone does not remove previously sent data from Google’s records. A new grant of permission may take effect on the next page visit.
Retention and security
- Form content and attachments are transmitted by email. The form application does not write a permanent copy of them to its own records. Answered form inquiries and their attachments are normally deleted from the mailbox within 1–2 days after a reply. This practice covers form inquiry correspondence; retention of records arising from a purchase, contract or other commercial transaction is assessed separately under the relevant business processes.
- Duplicate-prevention records expire after 24 hours, and short-term submission-limit records after 15 minutes. Expired records are cleared during subsequent form processing. These periods do not mean that messages are deleted from the email inbox.
- The Google Analytics account is set to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. New activity resets the user-level retention period. These settings do not delete standard aggregated reports after the same period. These Google server retention periods are separate from browser cookie and local-storage lifetimes.
- The form connects over HTTPS. Security tokens and restricted technical records help protect submissions. Hosting, email and security providers’ log and backup retention periods depend on their service settings.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, and know the recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the legal conditions apply, and notification of those actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result based exclusively on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You may submit a written request to the postal address below, or email info@vorlance.com from an address you previously provided and that is registered in our systems. Please describe your request and provide contact details so we can respond.

Necessary records support secure form submissions and remember your choices. Analytics and advertising measurement preferences are off by default. The Google records below are created only with the relevant consent. Each record has its own lifetime; activity may renew the session cookie’s expiry.
You can change your choices at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent browsing or submitting an inquiry. Your choice applies to this browser; you will be asked again if browser data is cleared or after 180 days.
